Lt. Bob Garrett of the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office receives the Paul Scully Service Award for 2001 from Board Chairman Merrill Brant at the annual educational conference in Cape May. Lt. Garrett is the supervisor of the Crime Scene Unit at the Prosecutor's Office. He serves the division as its Regional Representative, editor of The Criminalist and webmaster. Lt. Garrett also serves on the Crime Scene Certification Committee and co-chairs the Conference Committee.
